To balance improving all aspects of our fitness in a way that actually improves our lives as we also target improved body composition, a scientific approach is required. The MovementLink workout program may be widely varied day-to-day which keeps things interesting, but our methods are scalable, repeatable, and proven. Building strength, muscle, endurance, and mobility each requires unique stimuli relative to your current level. Each of these also has carry-over that can be potentially beneficial or potentially negative if things are not organized effectively. As we incorporate the required variety of stimuli together in one program, we organize our workouts to leverage all the side-benefits and natural carry-overs that take place among each of these disciplines and maximize the benefits we get out of our time and effort in the gym. Additionally, our organization of workouts throughout the week allows us to deliver an all-in-one solution (strength, muscle, cardio, flexibility) that is personalized for your current level and your goals.
