I specialize in training clients who truly want to do things the right way. I believe that your workouts should not only get you any aesthetic and performance goals you may have, but also should improve tissue and joint health and overall health and wellness. I want my clients’ work in the gym to transfer directly to their real lives. To build a foundation from which they can do incredible things now, while improving functionality that will benefit us into our nineties! Workouts include dynamic warm-ups, mobility and range of motion exercises, stability exercises, skills practice, strength and conditioning, and cool-downs. I want to help you resolve nagging pains and take your body to the next level!

In my opinion, context is everything, so once we figure out your goals, I’ll walk you through the MovementLink Method that I use with beginners and professional athletes alike to improve function and technique. I host seminars, workshops, events, individual sessions and offer 1-on-1 sessions, so we can customize your experience to whatever fits your goals.

Starting in 2008, Kyle transformed himself through CrossFit and eventually that transformation seeped into every aspect of his life. He went from eating fast food for every meal and working a job he didn’t love to being the healthiest he’s ever been and running the businesses of his dreams. He learned when you better yourself in one area, that momentum makes it easier to achieve self-improvement across the board – in your career, relationships, mental health, and more. He brings that passion and expansive perspective to each and every coaching session. The journey toward the life you want could begin with one workout.
Kyle has accumulated tens of thousands of client hours with his unique approach to coaching: He believes working out should be fun, individualized, and tailored to the goals and needs of each client. He coaches “regular” people to reach the physical results they’ve always wanted, while helping them achieve a sustainable balance of their health, family, career, and hobbies. He also coaches elite and professional athletes across many disciplines to translate their hard work in the gym into peak performance in their sport of choice. Kyle graduated from The University of Texas with a Mathematics degree in Actuarial Sciences...Nerd Alert! He has received his CrossFit L-1/L-2, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, and CrossFit Movement and Mobility certificates and has worked with all fitness levels beginners, intermediate, and professional athletes.
