The Foundations Course is designed for beginners and elite athletes alike. Learn the MovementLink Framework and learn how to get to the next level in your training. When we develop and use a core set of motor patterns that link back and through our posture, the squat, the push-up, and the jump, we no longer develop high-level technique alone in silos. When everything is linked, we can truly be ready for anything and everything.
The difference between amateur and advanced is usually in skill. The higher skill movements take practice to really hone and technique. Once you’ve laid your foundation, butterfly and C-Kip pull-ups, ring and bar muscle-ups, kipping handstand push-ups, kipping ring dips, running technique, snatch, and clean and jerk can be a ton of fun to improve and can have enormous benefits to your training. Our skill development workshops are designed to help you develop the most efficient movement possible to improve your technique and increase your capacity while maximizing the transfer to everyday life and results.
If you do not have full range of motion of your tissues and joints or the ability to obtain optimal positions, you are leaving performance on the table and increasing the risk of injury. MovementLink’s 30-day Mobility programs help you get back functionality every human body should have to resolve nagging pains and dysfunction to maximize the results you can get.
